Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@gesundpur.at) by means of a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose. You will receive the return address after you have sent us the completed model withdrawal form by email. Please note that if you refuse to accept the products you ordered, you must bear the return shipping costs yourself. This fee is €10.00 for all orders. Alternatively, you can accept the goods and send them directly to our returns center; then no fee for the return shipping will apply to you (only the usual shipping costs for the return shipment). Our returns center is located at the following address: 9th Floor, Wanzhuo International Building, No 12 Xiabian Fumin Road, 523960 Dongguan, Guangdong, Houjie Town, China.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for hygiene products
Please note that for hygiene products, such as our anti-snoring device, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (or the corresponding EU Consumer Rights Directive) if the seal has been removed after delivery. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, these products cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging has been opened.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

A withdrawal immediately after placing the order is not possible because our logistics center ships the order a few hours after purchase. You only have the right to withdraw once the goods have arrived with you!

Furthermore, no refund will be given if the goods are not accepted! The goods must be properly accepted and sent back to the return address we provide within 14 days in order for us to refund the full purchase price.

In addition, you have no right to return products that are soiled or used by you. (Example: You have the right to test, try on, and walk on our products on clean surfaces for 14 days after receipt. However, you may not damage the barefoot shoes or use them on dirty surfaces and then return them to us. We would no longer be able to sell these shoes to another customer and would have to dispose of them! If we nevertheless receive shoes showing signs of use, no refund will be issued.)

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 30 days expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You must only pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functioning.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. We do not bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if that loss is due to handling beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
