Shipping policy

At GesundPur, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the DACH region and provide a high level of responsiveness.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery time consists of two parts:

Processing Time (1-2 days):
Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging.
Your order is reviewed and approved within 12-24 hours after placing it. Once approved in our system, production begins. For personalized products, it takes about 1-2 days to produce the item, ensure quality, and package it.
Shipping Time
The time from our international shipping center to your delivery address. Shipping is usually handled by DHL, but sometimes we use other carriers. Once the item leaves the warehouse, delivery times are approximately:

Germany: 6-14 business days
Austria: 6-15 business days
Switzerland: 6-20 business days

Please note that all shipping times exclude customs processing and delays. (IMPORTANT: The Swiss customs are particularly strict and may hold packages for several days—so delays for our Swiss customers can happen. But don’t worry, your package will 100% arrive!)

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

Currently, we offer free standard shipping for all customers across the DACH region.

We also offer a premium shipping option: This doesn’t speed up delivery but includes insurance against theft, loss, or damage to your package. According to DHL and the tracking number, if your package is marked as safely delivered but you find it damaged or cannot locate it, we will fully refund you or send a free replacement. We cover all costs for you!

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Once your package is packed, it will be handed over to the shipping provider and you will receive an email with tracking information.

For logistical reasons, shipments may be sent in multiple partial deliveries.
